Florida Licensed Medical Coding Analyst
A company is looking for a Medical Coding Business Analyst II to perform analysis and interpretation to align business needs and objectives. Key Responsibilities Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to improve existing operations Lead problem-solving efforts and assist in formulating departmental policies and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Knowledge of managed care information systems and claims payment/analysis Licensure in either AAPC or AHIMA is highly desired Experience working with coding is highly preferred
