Florida Licensed RN Compliance Manager
A company is looking for a RN Compliance Manager for Post-Acute Services. Key Responsibilities Identify and analyze compliance risks, planning and implementing key compliance initiatives Coordinate auditing and monitoring of compliance audits and facilitate communication of audit findings Oversee compliance audits and investigations of alleged misconduct in various healthcare settings Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Management, Business Administration, or Legal studies 3 years of clinical nursing experience required; 3 years in compliance and/or healthcare regulatory function preferred Active Florida Registered Nurse license required Certification as a CCA or CCS within six months of hire; Compliance certification (CHC) required within one year of hire Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of leadership and effectively supervise teams
