A company is looking for a Liability Trial Attorney to represent commercial insureds in moderate complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial investigations and provide legal analysis and advice Prepare and file legal pleadings, conduct pre-trial discovery, and manage hearings and trials Perform post-trial activities and handle all aspects of insurance defense Required Qualifications Juris Doctor degree and 5+ years of litigation experience Member in good standing of the Florida State Bar Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis or Westlaw Knowledge of the insurance defense litigation environment
