Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and activities of the GME residency/fellowship program Coordinate educational activities and ensure compliance with ACGME requirements Assist in the recruitment and selection process for residents/fellows Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field 3 years of related experience (Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ACGME policies and procedures preferred Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Must be willing to submit to a federal background investigation
