Head of UX Design

A company is looking for a Head of User Experience. Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the UX and design strategy across product, brand, and marketing surfaces Establish and maintain design systems that scale across platforms and teams Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship intuitive, high-quality user experiences Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in UX and product design, with at least 2 in a leadership role Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand coherence, and cross-platform experience Proven experience managing and growing high-performing design teams Fluency in design tools (Figma, etc.) and comfort working closely with frontend developers Experience building design systems and working in agile product teams
