Healthcare Technical Support Associate
A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Support Service Desk Associate- REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to healthcare customers via phone, email, chat, and self-service
Respond promptly to incoming contacts and resolve over 90% of issues at first contact
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
1 to 3 years of experience in customer problem analysis and resolution
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Daily availability on Microsoft Teams and consistent review of emails
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
