Hindi Language Expert
A company is looking for a Hindi Language Expert to support localization efforts for a top client. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi locales, managing linguistic feedback and collaborating with internal teams Work with Language Leads to maintain brand identity and provide ongoing feedback to support client growth in India Proofread major projects, perform ongoing quality assurance, and coordinate with teams to resolve localization issues Required Qualifications Native Hindi speaker with fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada and/or Marathi is a plus Strong background in localization, preferably in tech-driven or content-rich environments Previous experience in roles such as Language Manager or Localization Specialist Experience managing glossaries, style guides, and localization quality assurance University degree or equivalent experience in translation, linguistics, or localization project management
