Remote Call Centre Representative
A company is looking for a Centralized Call Centre Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephones, handle customer inquiries, and fulfill requests via phone and email
Maintain the CMMS database, generate work orders, and track open work orders
Document call information and produce call reports as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
Availability to work different shifts as needed
Proficiency in French is an asset but not required
