A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III (Safe Act). Key Responsibilities Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in loan applications Obtain necessary documentation and information for processing loan applications Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and guidelines throughout the processing of loans Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Adobe Ability to make sound decisions based on provided information Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
