NMLS Licensed SPOC Supervisor
A company is looking for a SPOC Servicing Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 10-12 SPOC/Early Intervention agents, overseeing daily functions and performance Ensure compliance with loss mitigation guidelines and provide training and development for staff Coordinate with various departments to support foreclosure avoidance and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University or equivalent experience Must possess NMLS and SAFE Licenses along with at least 14 State Licenses In-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation options Experience in supervisory roles, including hiring, training, and performance management Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and related mortgage servicing regulations
