Director of Business Relationship Management
A company is looking for a Director, Associate Business Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to growth of segment by executing against targeted growth goals in business relationships, deposit growth, loan production, and overall fee income
Develop and maintain a network of business contacts and referral sources to generate new business relationships and revenue
Collaborate with team and colleagues to deliver excellent client experiences and identify business banking growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of Relationship Management or Branch Manager sales experience and 4+ years of banking experience
General knowledge of credit and ability to learn financial analysis techniques and lending policy
Proven track record of developing banking relationships and sales success
Preferred candidates will have advanced degrees; however, a High School diploma or GED is required
Demonstrated capabilities in managing and growing a sales pipeline and developing new business relationships
