A company is looking for an Engineering Coach (VP+) in the EU. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills Communicate with members via Mento email or chat in between sessions Required Qualifications 20+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals Desire to develop people leadership skills into coaching skills High emotional IQ and commitment to creating a safe space for others Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months Must be based in Europe and speak English
