A company is looking for an Impound Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Monitor, review, and process impound accounts in accordance with regulations and policies Handle potential and actual impound calls while adhering to established requirements Complete end-to-end impound functions accurately and assist other departments as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a servicing center environment Experience in impound processes preferred General knowledge of collections policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
