North Carolina Licensed Clinical Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Grievance and Appeals. Key Responsibilities Supervise nurses and oversee day-to-day clinical operations in a regulated department Provide clinical expertise and guidance on escalated issues and ensure compliance with regulations Train new team members and monitor performance standards while identifying process improvement opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 3+ years of nursing experience, including appeals and grievances or utilization management Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred LPN required (RN preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of coding and regulatory standards preferred
