Incentive System Administrator
A company is looking for an Incentive System Administrator. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Incentive Compensation Management System, including configuration and support Design and develop configuration changes, workflows, and data integration interfaces Conduct performance analysis and load testing on the ICM application to enhance delivery performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years of financial services experience 5+ years in business analysis or similar roles, including technical delivery and large-scale change initiatives Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems, particularly Varicent (formerly IBM ICM) Familiarity with databases and ETL tools such as SQL and Python
