A company is looking for an RN Ambulatory Navigator. Key Responsibilities: Manage patient care throughout the continuum Assist providers and team members in an outpatient clinic setting Provide ongoing patient education throughout their care journey Qualifications: Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license required Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; 3-5 years of experience preferred Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required Knowledge of personal computers and medical terminology required
