Accounts Payable Analyst
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote. Key Responsibilities Enter invoices into the ERP system and ensure accuracy by reviewing posting reports Resolve discrepancies in purchase order matching by collaborating with vendors and relevant departments Reconcile vendor monthly statements and prepare various types of payments to vendors Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or professional training certification, or equivalent relevant education and experience 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable with a high volume of invoices Strong understanding of ERP systems and tools Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Experience with AS400 (CAPP) or another ERP system is a plus
