Key Responsibilities
Assess current recruitment workflows and identify inefficiencies
Evaluate and recommend improvements for online testing platforms and applicant tracking systems
Develop dashboards to monitor key recruitment metrics and implement workflow automation
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
3+ years of experience in process optimization or industrial engineering, preferably in HR or recruitment operations
Proficiency with process mapping tools and experience with ATS platforms
Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python/R
Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
