Intermediate Human Resources Consultant
A company is looking for an Intermediate Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with service line leaders and HR teams to execute HR programs and initiatives
Analyze HR opportunities and recommend sound, actionable solutions
Support system-wide HR projects, including performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including program execution and project support
Experience working within a matrix organization and complex environment preferred
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
