A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to provide advanced technical support and system administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve end-user and system-level issues in the U.S. support ticket queue Act as the technical escalation point for complex support tickets Lead IT infrastructure and application management projects to improve operational efficiency and compliance Qualifications: Experience in system administration within a 500+ Windows and Mac OS endpoint environment 5+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows 5+ years managing the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and Outlook 3+ years of experience as the sole administrator of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure Experience with JAMF for macOS device management is highly desirable
