A company is looking for a Mid Cost Estimator to join their Global Services Design Team. Key Responsibilities Review plans and specifications to understand project scopes Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for federal construction projects Supervise junior estimating staff and support client presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or quantity surveying Six to ten years of experience in cost estimating for facilities or similar projects Preferred certifications include CCT, CCP, or CEP General knowledge of construction methods and cost estimating practices US Citizenship or Permanent Residence Card required
