Senior Application Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst. Key Responsibilities Lead the application support team in triaging production problems and performing defect analysis Provide ownership of work estimates and monitor progress against them Coach and mentor team members on internal processes and application usage Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, preferably in SaaS and healthcare At least 3 years of experience with basic system administration tasks in Linux and Microsoft Windows servers Proficient in ServiceNow or other CRM systems Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred
