Junior Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer to support documentation and content development across multiple IT systems and services. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting technical documents, SOPs, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content Work with engineers, developers, and PMs to understand and document system specifications and workflows Maintain version control and ensure consistency across documentation sets Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in technical writing or related field; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic publishing tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, WordPress) Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into readable content
