Kentucky Licensed Outpatient Dietitian

A company is looking for an Outpatient Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for weight management and healthy lifestyle habits. Key Responsibilities Perform initial nutrition assessments and provide preoperative nutrition guidance and education Counsel post-operative patients to ensure dietary compliance and formulate weight management goals Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and monitor nutrition interventions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Registered Dietitian credentials and licensed in Kentucky Previous experience with bariatric surgery Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with required coursework and supervised practice as per ACEND standards Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) and will become registered within 120 days of hire Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
