Key Responsibilities Manage crises and provide telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues Connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities Adapt quickly to new protocols and contribute to process improvements based on data Required Qualifications Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required Two years post-license experience, preferably in EAP/clinical call center settings Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN) with two years of psychiatric intake or related experience preferred Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations Bilingual in Spanish
