A company is looking for a Lead Network Support & Billing Specialist. Key Responsibilities Oversee the monthly billing of fees to business partners across billing product lines Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects within systems and processes Manage billing communications and inquiries as the subject matter expert Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Continuous Improvement, Accounting, Project Management, or related field 6+ years of experience in Billing, Financial Services, Business, Continuous Improvement, or a related field In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience is acceptable Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
