A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer - Global Professional Services. Key Responsibilities: Consult with business stakeholders to understand and address their development needs Design and develop instructional materials and training programs across various modalities Drive continuous improvement and maintain learning assets aligned with organizational goals Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Learning/Organizational Development within large organizations 5 years of experience designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities Deep knowledge of instructional design strategies and learning assessment Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-output environment Experience in leadership development and coaching is desirable
