Licensed Call Center Underwriter
A company is looking for a Call Center Underwriter - Commercial Lines. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls regarding endorsement activity, coverage questions, renewals, and issuing binders, certificates, and policies Quote new business and policies for clients and prepare policy change requests Cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients and report new claims to the company Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience Two to four years of experience in servicing or selling Property & Casualty Insurance Active 2-20 General Lines Agent (Property and Casualty) license required Experience with commercial policies such as BOP, Workers' Compensation, and others Previous call center experience is a plus
