A company is looking for a Complex Loss Specialist to manage complex and high exposure claims requiring technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Adjust complex claims and provide analysis to Senior Executives and Program Executives Investigate claims, document findings, and draft coverage-related communications Maintain relationships with clients, underwriting teams, and other stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent claims management experience Minimum of 10 years of construction liability claims experience Minimum of 10 years of litigation management experience preferred Active claims adjuster license and willingness to obtain additional licenses Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
