Key Responsibilities Create complex site layouts and designs for renewable energy projects using AutoCAD/Civil 3D Oversee a portfolio of projects and ensure quality assurance of project documents Supervise and mentor assigned staff engineers while coordinating cross-functionality between disciplines Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar applicable work experience Professional Civil Engineering licensure is strongly preferred; multi-state licensure is desirable 8+ years of experience in design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD and/or Civil3D Experience with utility or commercial solar PV systems or energy storage system design is strongly preferred Prior supervisory or managerial experience is desirable
