A company is looking for an M&A Accountant. Key Responsibilities Manage profit share and override accruals by analyzing trends and collaborating with internal and external resources Assist with budgeting for profit share and overrides, and provide summary analysis for the Financial Planning and Analysis team Support balance sheet reconciliations for acquired entities and profit share accounts, while ensuring compliance with financial policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with progressive responsibility in mergers and acquisitions Intermediate Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools Mastery of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures Strong organizational skills
