A company is looking for a Manager, Payor Relations - Northern Region to lead and grow their payer strategy across multiple states. Key Responsibilities Lead payer contracting and network development strategy across Northern states Manage and develop a high-performing team of contracting professionals Build and maintain relationships with health plans and lead negotiations Required Qualifications 5+ years in healthcare operations, network development, or managed care contracting Proven experience negotiating contracts with health plans or providers Demonstrated success managing and developing teams, especially newer members Experience with various payer types including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Strong understanding of claims workflows and payer/provider relationships
