Mapping & Referral Coordinator

A company is looking for a Mapping & Referral Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Complete and expand state-level resource mapping for ORR-eligible populations Research and document programs offered by various organizations and maintain up-to-date information Develop and manage a comprehensive referral system to connect callers with appropriate services Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum two to three years of non-profit experience, preferably in the U.S. refugee admissions program or community engagement Experience with data management systems preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Arabic, French) desired
