Key Responsibilities Communicate and provide support to members over chat, email, and phone Relay member needs to the provider and correspond with pharmacies for prescription issues Maintain confidentiality of member information in compliance with relevant guidelines Required Qualifications Passionate about providing excellent customer service and working with diverse populations One or more years of healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred Comfortable seeking support and guidance as needed Experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or behavioral health care is a plus
