A company is looking for a Medication Navigator for a national remote position. Key Responsibilities Engage with patients, providers, and pharmacies to promote timely medication fills and refills Educate patients on their medication regimens and assist in overcoming adherence barriers Support quality performance measures and participate in the development of new programs Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 1+ years of experience working with patients, preferably in medication management Beginner level knowledge of Microsoft Office products Access to a designated quiet workspace and ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI) Must reside in a location with high-speed internet access
