Senior Service Advocate
A company is looking for a Sr Service Advocate - Ops - Work From Home. Key Responsibilities Engages with members to introduce DSNP services and complete Health Risk Assessments Documents calls accurately in the member's electronic record to meet compliance standards Supports members during enrollment calls and manages difficult situations with empathy Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, and/or a call center Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Data entry and documentation experience within member records preferred Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts of care management preferred High School diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
