A company is looking for a Music & Talent Contract Specialist to manage music and talent agreements in the gaming industry. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including routing agreements and archiving documents Draft and send NDAs, licensing requests, and other agreements using established templates Maintain and update contract trackers, manage Purchase Orders (POs), and generate payment reports Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or music licensing Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and creative teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic signature tools Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Knowledge of music licensing rights in games, TV/film, or media is a plus
