Need SEO expert to fix google crawling issues on my website.

Hey, I have a website here: www.tracko.io There are 15 pages and nearly 37 blog posts but when i go to google search console I see a lot of pages that are not indexed.. infact the pages that were previously indexed are also removed from indexed to not indexed... (Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500 INR, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Website Design)
