A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries and policy needs
Share expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling
Navigate multiple computer systems while managing customer interactions effectively
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not already licensed
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access required
