Key Responsibilities Support all lines of business and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational effectiveness Develop and maintain relationships with providers and conduct performance reviews and coaching Analyze data related to case management and utilization, addressing variances and collaborating on reporting Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Board Certification in an American Board of Medicine recognized specialty Current unrestricted MD or DO license to practice medicine in New Jersey 5-7 years of clinical experience with data management skills Proficiency in Tableau or similar software and MS Office products Knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, and Quality Management principles
