Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing sprint planning and daily operations across sales and marketing
Monitor sales performance and maintain feedback loops to optimize lead quality
Translate strategy into project plans with KPIs and manage cross-functional alignment
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years in marketing operations, growth operations, or revenue performance roles
Deep technical fluency with AI-enabled sales and marketing technology
Strong experience in cross-functional leadership and systems optimization
Solid understanding of B2C funnel metrics such as CAC and LTV
Experience in managing or supporting inside sales/telemarketing teams
