Key Responsibilities Support educators on-site with classroom observations, feedback, and co-teaching Lead professional development sessions and collaborate with district leadership to improve student outcomes Analyze student work and assessment data to inform instructional decisions and enhance equity in learning Required Qualifications 5+ years of teaching experience in grades 6-8 math with demonstrable results Experience in leading professional development and sustained coaching engagements for K-8 educators Ability to build relationships with educational leaders at various levels Experience supporting diverse student populations, including those with IEPs and English Language Learners Proficiency in technology-based productivity tools, particularly Google Applications
