Vice President General Partner
A company is looking for a VP, General Partner (BioPharma) to drive strategic direction and growth in partnership accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and cultivate high-level relationships with biopharmaceutical customers to enhance loyalty and engagement
Lead account ownership efforts to achieve financial and operational goals while expanding commercial presence
Develop growth strategies and innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive account expansion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in sales or general management within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries
Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing global accounts
In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders
