A company is looking for a NOC Network Administrator to support customer network management functions. Key Responsibilities Monitor all devices, platforms, and services within a network environment Ensure efficient resolution of service requests and incidents in compliance with assigned SLAs Troubleshoot network/user problems and prepare network resource reports Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience Active Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA) is required At least two years of experience in a computer-related field One year of specialized experience in data communications or network administration Experience with SNMP, RMON, Ethernet, FDDI, and high-speed WANs and routers
