A company is looking for a Client Growth Manager, Benefit & Retirement Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client-based revenue through outreach programs and collaboration with internal teams
Develop and maintain relationships with service provider clients and participate in business review meetings
Analyze program performance metrics and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in selling benefits, retirement, and ancillary solutions
Experience with channel-based selling and Professional Employer Organizations or Payroll Service Bureaus preferred
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
Ability to create and manage sales and marketing programs
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
