Key Responsibilities Manage patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigations globally from complaint to conclusion Negotiate and manage budgets for litigations and oversee outside counsel Prepare and present reports regarding litigation risk and develop strategies for IP litigation matters Required Qualifications J.D. Degree with strong academic credentials Current bar membership in the US A minimum of 15 years of legal experience with significant IP litigation experience Experience with international IP litigation, particularly in Germany, India, China, and the UK Management experience is required
