Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate title searches and communicate underwriting requirements to stakeholders in real estate transactions
Evaluate risk and exposures to determine the acceptability of business and set premiums, terms, and conditions
Collaborate with internal teams and external legal experts to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Experience in evaluating risk factors and underwriting requirements in real estate transactions
Knowledge of title insurance and related legal documents
Ability to work independently with limited oversight
