Ohio Licensed Logistics Analyst
A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work) - Ohio Only. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and identify business needs Maintain headcount requirements and ensure adequate staffing to meet compliance regulations Provide analytical input on trends related to call handle time and call volume for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers Expert knowledge of call center operations, processes, and procedures Understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
