Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment Process prescription information accurately and efficiently Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care Required Qualifications and Education Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED is required Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred Pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, with a schedule of 9am to 5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday
