Ohio Licensed Nurse Case Manager

A company is looking for a Nurse Case Manager to support patients in pediatrics, NICU, and OB-GYN settings. Key Responsibilities Independently manage complex health care cases and assess patient needs through various communication methods Facilitate and implement interventions based on care treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Maintain documentation within company and regulatory guidelines, and perform other assigned duties Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Graduate of a registered nursing program approved by the Ohio State Nursing Board; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with clinical and case management experience, preferably in health insurance Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio; multiple state licensure preferred Certified Case Manager (CCM) or other industry-recognized certification preferred (required within 3 years of hire) Knowledge of health insurance benefits and HIPAA compliance regulations
